The service
HideShot provides free browser-based tools to redact, blur, pixelate, or black out regions of images and screenshots. The tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for how you use edited images. HideShot does not verify that redactions are sufficient for legal, medical, financial, or compliance purposes. Always review exports before sharing sensitive material.
You must not use HideShot for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights.
No upload guarantee
HideShot is designed to process images locally in your browser. We do not intentionally collect or store your image files. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HideShot and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from use of the site, including data loss, insufficient redaction, or service interruptions.
